Daniel Stewart

Co-Founder & Operations Director

Daniel joined Tom in launching Chamberlin-Stewart Communications (CSC) in January 2024. As Co-Founder and Operations Director, he oversees the company’s day-to-day functions—including field services, quality assurance, facilities, sales, and marketing. Daniel is committed to leading CSC with a focus on operational excellence, efficiency, and exceptional service delivery.

Daniel joined Tom in launching Chamberlin-Stewart Communications (CSC) in January 2024. As Co-Founder and Operations Director, he oversees the company’s day-to-day functions—including field services, quality assurance, facilities, sales, and marketing. Daniel is committed to leading CSC with a focus on operational excellence, efficiency, and exceptional service delivery.

Daniel brings over 27 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a strong background in the medical sector. His career has been defined by a steady progression of leadership roles and successful execution of complex infrastructure projects. Before founding CSC, Daniel served as an IT Systems Engineer at Banner Health, where he specialized in designing network infrastructure for new hospital builds, incorporating advanced redundancy and reliability standards. He also led field service installation and repair teams responsible for end-to-end support, including installation, issue resolution, preventative maintenance, and outage recovery.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son. He’s an avid traveler who loves fishing, camping, and exploring the outdoors.

Curtis Harvey

Project Manager

With over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Curtis has built a reputation as a reliable and forward-thinking project manager. Throughout his career, he has successfully guided teams through complex initiatives, including laying more than two miles of underground fiber and spearheading the construction of two colocation facilities in the heart of downtown San Diego. His expertise lies in low voltage systems, fiber optics, and troubleshooting, where he combines technical knowledge with practical problem-solving to deliver efficient and lasting solutions.

With over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Curtis has built a reputation as a reliable and forward-thinking project manager. With over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and data infrastructure industry, Justin Sperle brings seasoned leadership and technical expertise to every project he oversees. Currently serving as a Supervisor at Chamberlin Stuwart Construction, Justin specializes in data networks, low voltage systems, and fiber installations—delivering high-performance solutions for clients across healthcare, education, government, mid-market, and enterprise sectors.

His career has included pivotal roles at industry leaders such as Frontier Communications, Zayo Communications, and Iron Edge, where he built a reputation for project excellence, customer-centric service, and deep knowledge across Cisco, Mitel, Avaya, SD-WAN technologies, and cybersecurity solutions.

Justin’s skill set spans customer service, account and project management, and team leadership—developed through years of hands-on experience with data centers, managed services, and telecom infrastructure. What sets Justin apart is his unwavering commitment to quality and collaboration. He thrives on working closely with clients and internal teams, ensuring that every solution is delivered with precision and purpose.
